Eagle One 44 Gallon Trash Bins are surrounded with weather-proof 1" x 4" recycled plastic slats on a zinc-dipped and powder-coated steel frame. The inner plastic bin removes easily for dumping. The frame attaches to a steel pipe in the base for permanent anchoring in-ground, or for attachment to a Golf Ball Washer base. The dome lid is optional. The lid has a spring loaded flap door. The standard lid color is gray, other colors may be available upon request.

Unless you have design experience using plastic lumber, designing should be left to an experienced user.
