Details
The 6 foot steel pipe frame come in two diameters, 1-5/8" or 2-3/8", from which you can choose. Both sizes are welded into a single piece structure for strength and easy assembly. Both are accessible to wheelchairs at both ends. The full length seats offer full capacity seating, a big advantage over extended top or side access tables, and the unique frame design includes two wheelchair spaces, plus, provides proper support under the outside ends of the full length seats.
The Powder Coat Finish:
This is a baked on lead-free TGIC polyester powder coat finish that is applied in a multi-step process of material preparation and finish application. This process includes: detailed chemical cleaning; application of a corrosion inhibiting iron-phosphate high pressure, high temperature bath; rinse; seal rinse; high temperature dry time; electrostatic application of the powder coat paint; chemical bonding to metal substrate in 400 degree industrial oven. This tough 3-4 mil thick coating offers a very superior finish to liquid paints.
100% Recycled Plastic Timbers:
This 100% recycled plastic material is formed using a combination of post consumer and post industrial waste plastics. These components are molded into solid dimensional shapes corresponding to nominal lumber dimensions. A solid color is formed throughout and a UV stabilizer is added for ultraviolet protection. This recycled plastic is a dense, durable product, offering a long lasting, attractive appearance. Recycled plastic components are available in a choice of 10 colors.
