This Spyder 46" 3-Legged, ADA, Round, Coated Metal Picnic Table consists of a 1/4-inch Plastisol coating, heat-fused and permanently bonded to the steel - this is 30 times the thickness of paints and powder coatings. All the framework is coated with a baked-on polyester dry powder, which provides a superior coating and appearance. Stainless-steel hardware with Nylock nuts is used on all the table and seats.

The Spyder Series utilizes 2 7/8" O.D.(Overall Diameter) framework and diamond or perforated metal patterns. This model can be ordered in a Portable/Surface Mount leg or In-Ground leg. Optional (sold separately) mounting plate covers can be used for a more attractive look (use a set of Three for 3 legs). Umbrella and Umbrella Stand can also be used (Umbrellas and stands sold separately).

Powder coating in the framework

Any Spyder Picnic Table goes through a six-step process to ensure the highest quality and longevity. First, all metal is cleaned to white metal with a state-of-the-art shot-blast system. The parts then go trough a five-stage chemical pretreatment system, are coated with a zinc-rich primer, and then a topcoat of a super-durable polyester powder is applied before the final cure. The manufacturer's powder-coat system exceeds the American Architectural Manufacturers Association test specifications. The coating stood up to some of the toughest test specifications, including adhesion, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and fade resistance, to ensure that the product is one that will last longer than anyone else's.
